Our goal is to ensure every customer enjoys a flawless ownership experience and complete confidence in our brand.
This Warranty Policy outlines the coverage and process for claiming warranty service.

Warranty Coverage

Product scope:
This warranty covers the watch movement and functional components manufactured or assembled by LX Mods and purchased directly from LX Mods or an authorized retailer.

What the Warranty Covers

• Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and maintenance.

• Replacement or repair of parts necessary to correct manufacturing defects.

• Movements that cease to function under normal use, provided they have not been tampered with or exposed to external damage.

Warranty period:
LX Mods offers a 2-year warranty starting from the date of original purchase by the first owner.

What is covered:
Any manufacturing defect or material failure occurring under normal usage conditions within the warranty period.
During this time, LX Mods will repair or replace defective components at no cost.

The warranty does not apply to:

• Damage from accidents, misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modifications.

• Customer-initiated repairs or attempts to open the case.

• Damage caused by ignoring care guidelines or using incompatible materials.

• Normal wear and tear, including scratches, fading, or discoloration.

• Water ingress due to misuse (except models with upgraded water resistance).

How to Claim Warranty

1. Contact us: Email our support team at watches@lxmods.com describing the issue and requesting assistance.

2. Proof of purchase: Provide a valid receipt or invoice showing the date and place of purchase.

3. Shipping costs: Customers are responsible for shipping the watch to LX Mods for inspection.
   If the claim is approved, LX Mods will cover return shipping of the repaired or replacement product.

4. Inspection: Upon receiving your watch, our team will evaluate the issue and contact you within a reasonable timeframe regarding the outcome of your claim.

Limitation of Liability

LX Mods is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from misuse or breach of this warranty.
All implied warranties are limited to the duration of this express warranty.

This warranty provides specific legal rights, which may vary by jurisdiction.
